Work-study contracts, internships and V.I.E.

Opportunities for pre-recruitment through internships, work-study contracts and V.I.E.

Because our People are our first strength and because we trust them: locating, attracting and developing talents is central to our Human Resources management.

Lactalis Group supports you in developing your skills, offers pathways that are adapted to your profile and opportunities for mobility and internal promotion. This commitment is one of our cultural specificities. We value the performance and development of our employees’ skills and competences.

Thanks to strong ties with many higher schools covering our needs in various spheres (dairy, agronomic, industrial, commercial, marketing, finance…), we offer internships, work-study contracts or V.I.E. allowing you to take part to the growth of our business through tutored assignments providing you with responsibilities. The aim is to enable you to experience the realities of the business with independence and clear objectives.

To meet us

We take part in many job forums organised throughout the year by partner schools. Use these occasions to come along to meet us and discuss the opportunities the Group has to offer.
